Lawful basis for processing: We process your personal data on the basis of your consent (provided at registration), performance of our contract with you (delivering the Nimbull.AI course and services), and our legitimate interests in operating and improving our platform.

International transfers: Nimbull PTY LTD is based in Australia, which the European Commission has not issued an adequacy decision for. Where we transfer your data outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.

Nimbull.AI is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, we will delete that information promptly.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Where changes are material, we  will notify registered users via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued  use of nimbull.ai after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
